Who we are
Global Technics OÜ develops and manufactures equipment for railcar unloading, bulk material flow restoration and mechanised cleaning of railcars and dome storage. The company has been in business since 2015. Our equipment has been delivered to 7 countries and operates at more than 50 terminals — from Baltic ports to regions with winters down to −40 °C.
We cover the whole chain: railcar unloading → receiving hopper → conveyors → storage → railcar cleaning → dome wall cleaning.
Engineered selection, not a box off the shelf
An engineer studies your material, your railcar or hopper type and your discharge process, selects the model and layout, checks compatibility with your system and prepares a budget proposal with scope, price and lead time.
What we need from you for an accurate calculation:
the material and its moisture content;
the railcar type or hopper design;
throughput and current unloading time;
temperature conditions on site;
available compressed-air pressure and output.
Manufacturing and acceptance
Components are manufactured at European Union plants and final assembly is done in-house. Global Technics tests the equipment before shipment to the customer.
Compliance and warranty
CE marking; conformity with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Warranty — 12 months.
Supplied with an installation manual and an operating manual.
Installation, commissioning, maintenance
Installation is carried out by the customer under the technical supervision of Global Technics. Commissioning and operator training follow the installation manual and the operating manual. Maintenance is done by the customer on a scheduled basis; only personnel who have completed safety instruction may work with the equipment.
Remote support — at an agreed time.
Spare parts and lead times
Wear parts with a service life of 1–2 years are held in stock in Tallinn.
Other items are made to order, with delivery of up to 3 months.
Equipment lead time from order — 3 to 4 months depending on the season.
