Sweeper GT
SWEEPER GT: the railcar cleaning machine for bulk cargo residue removal
Coal, gondola. Sweeper GT: full railcar cleaning cycle after unloading — 4 minutes.
One of the fastest ways to clean open flat-bottomed freight cars

Discover the SWEEPER GT, one of the fastest and most efficient automatic brushing systems for cleaning open flat-bottomed freight cars. Reduce labour costs and clean coal, coke and other bulk material residues in 3–5 minutes, depending on the amount of residue (best confirmed cycle: 3 minutes).
The SWEEPER GT is one of the most advanced freight car cleaning machines on the market today. Designed for cleaning open flat-bottomed freight cars, this machine automatically adjusts to the dimensions of the railcar and brush wear. It connects to the customer’s manipulator (crane) and its hydraulic system (120-200 bar), effectively removing bulk cargo residue.
Why you need the Sweeper GT
For ports, port and rail terminals, factories and grain elevators — anywhere bulk cargo is unloaded from open gondola cars and residue has to be cleared fast.
Fully automatic cleaning — the operator runs it from the carrier’s cab; no crew inside the car.
Adapts to the railcar body size and to brush wear, keeping cleaning quality consistent.
The brush is built from easily replaceable elements.
Mounts on a standard front loader or material handler in place of the bucket — changeover takes minutes.

What your equipment needs to provide
The Sweeper GT mounts on a standard manipulator — the same one used to unload coal from gondolas. All connections are standard.
Hydraulics: 200–300 l/min oil flow at 120–200 bar working pressure.
Two hydraulic lines plus a separate drain line back to the tank.
Standard hydraulic couplings; the exact size is agreed at the order stage.
The mounting assembly is manufactured to fit your manipulator.
Control from the cab: on and off.
The machine weighs about 4000 kg — your carrier has to handle that.
The brush machine is built for your specific railcar body size.
The carrier operator is briefed before starting work.
Boom reach and lifting capacity depend on your railcars and your machine — send us the model of your manipulator and the dimensions of your railcars, and we will answer with figures.
